Matt Crafton held off race-long dominator Austin Dillon down the stretch to win Saturday night's Coca-Cola Camping World Truck Series 200 at Iowa Speedway. Dillon led twice for 127 of the 200 laps but finished second to Crafton, now a two-time series winner. Pole winner David Mayhew and points leader Johnny Sauter finished third and fourth, followed by Joey Coulter, Cole Whitt, James Buescher, Nelson Piquet Jr., David Starr and two-time and defending series champion Todd Bodine.

Crafton led twice for 39 laps, including 37 of the last 38. Dillon led laps 30-155, then eased by to lead lap 188 before Crafton took over for good. Mayhew led once for 21 laps, Sauter once for eight laps and Bodine once for five. The race was slowed six times for 32 laps, plus a 14-minute, 39-second red flag for track repairs after Justin Marks crashed hard at lap 106. Even though he wasn't seriously injured, he was admitted to a local hospital for overnight observation.
